Job Description
To initiate and finalize Human Resource planning in accordance with the strategic plans of the Group.
To prepare, review and update JDs of all Positions.
To resolve inter department problems to improve upon efficiency & office decorum.
To keep an updated knowledge of the pay structure/ levels of the competitors.
To maintain attendance record of all employees and preparation of monthly salary sheets of all employees.
To ensure maintenance of comprehensive data pertaining to employees and the dependents for all HR requirements.
To ensure maintenance of appropriate leave record of all employees as per Group policy.
To ensure maintenance of updated personal files of each employee with all relevant documents.
Responsible for the frictionless and conducive environment and corporate culture.
Handle disciplinary cases as per laws of land and policies of the Group.
To develop and Maintain comprehensive program of Employee engagement.
Recruitment of Staff as per requirements of the HODs/operation managers subject to the approval of the competent authority.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post job adds on Linked in, Rozee and other platforms like newspapers.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications and shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
To prepare and issue all HR related documents including appointment letters, promotion letters, increment letters, warning letters and transfer letters to all employees.
HR Manager/Officer will conduct orientation/socialization programs for new employees to make sure that new hire programs are carefully planned to educate the employee about the values, history and who is who in the organization and to develop realistic job expectations, positive attitudes and job satisfaction.

Responsible for the procedure of termination of employees within the legal frame work.
To conduct annual performance reviews and develop incentive and reward plans to gear up good performance.
Coordinate and conducts training on human resource program-related policies and issues whenever required.
