Requirements:
- Bachelors in Human Resource Management from a reputable institute
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have proven experience in recruitment process
- Must be able to design, develop and set up training programs that are aligned with organizational goals
- Must be able to develop KPIs implementing performance appraisal systems, and designing and managing rewards and incentives programs
- Must know MS Office
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
