Job Description
- Design Graphics assigned by team leader·
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites·
- Update the existing graphics on regular basis·
- Brainstorm/proffer ideas applicable to organization for upgradation and improvement·
- Assist and motivate teams of art illustrators, designers etc. to help them use their talents effectively·
- Conduct creative sessions to generate ideas·
- Revise content and presentations on periodical basis·
- Train and guide subordinates to think out of the box attractive designs/graphics·
- Monitor results of team efforts and suggest viable options for the future·
- Maintain a proper record of tasks assigned/completed·
- Observe the rules and policies of the organization
Requirements include:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus·
- Proven graphic designing experience·
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics·
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as adobe complete family and 3D software)·
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details·
- Excellent communication skills·
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
