Education:
- Diploma in Logistics
- Additional educational qualification will be a benefit
Experience:
- Orientation with Aviation Logistics domain and its relevant support fields
- Preferably 20+ years relevant experience in aircraft parts packing / preservation, dealing with thermophore / foam / wood-ply wood sheets / strapping machine
- Updating inventory via ERP
- Keeping inventory recordd and documentation
Tasks:
- Monitoring and controlling current configuration information
- Getting Required Parts from Storage
- Preparing packing notes
- Reporting Non-Conformoties to the Responsible
- Periodic analysis and reporting of discrepancy records
- Notifying / reporting feedback based on a result of the failure analysis, ensuring coordination
- Handle Logistics / administrative requirements assigned from management
- Should comprehend requirements and formulate required SOPs
- Proficiency in file management, handle / generate required office correspondence on regular basis.
Required Capabilities:
- Having knowledge about reliability, availability and sustainability
- Having responsible, analytical-thinking and result-oriented attitudes in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and power point) and E-mail communication
