Attention social media managers! We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to manage social media posts, content, and copy for several charities and Islamic pages.
This is a monthly remote job that offers a great opportunity to work with multiple charities and Islamic pages and make a meaningful impact on the community. The ideal candidate must be from the, as the charities are associated with the community. The candidate must have a deep understanding to research and publish relevant and engaging content.
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for multiple organizations. You will create content and copy for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will also monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers, as well as analyze and report on social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the community and the values and principles associated with the sect. They must also have previous experience managing social media accounts and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media pages.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Have strong networking skills on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Present to Senior Management
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
